Rental Packages

The Ruin

​

Includes the building with string lights and adjacent alley and area behind. Property access begins 8 a.m. on day of event and commences at 12 a.m. 

Rental Fee: $3,500. There is a $1,750 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 6 months after you pay your deposit. If your event is within a 6-month period, the total amount is due upon reservation.

 

Grady Garden

​

Includes the side garden. Property access begins 8 a.m. on day of event and commences at 12 a.m. 

Rental Fee: $1,200. There is a $600 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 6 months after you pay your deposit. If your event is within a 6-month period, the total amount is due upon reservation.

 

The Ruin & Grady Garden

Includes the building with string lights and adjacent alley and area behind as well as the Grady Garden. Property access begins 8 a.m. on day of event and commences at 12 a.m.

Rental Fee: $4,500. There is a $2,250 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 6 months after you pay your deposit. If your event is within a 6-month period, the total amount is due upon reservation.

 

Grady Complex

​

Includes everything in the Ruin & Grady Garden package as well as the gated courtyard adjacent to the garden and all 4 Consulate suites for 2 nights.

This package is only available when all 4 Consulate suites are open, and the courtyard addition is only available after 6 p.m.

Rental Fee: $7,890. There is a $3,945 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 6 months after you pay your deposit. If your event is within a 6-month period, the total amount is due upon reservation.
