Service Description

Includes the building with string lights and adjacent alley and area behind. Property access begins 8 a.m. on day of event and commences at 12 a.m. Rental Fee: $3,500. There is a $1,750 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 6 months after you pay your deposit. If your event is within a 6-month period, the total amount is due upon reservation.
