Reserve The Ruin & Grady Garden (1/2)

Service Description

Includes the building with string lights and adjacent alley and area behind as well as the Grady Garden. Property access begins 8 a.m. on day of event and commences at 12 a.m. Rental Fee: $4,500. There is a $2,250 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 6 months after you pay your deposit. If your event is within a 6-month period, the total amount is due upon reservation.
